Learning from peers is a key strategy used to build evaluation capacity. Built into all programs are opportunities for participants to meet with inter-agency colleagues as well as time for groups from different agencies to share information with one another in a guided/focused way.
In addition, at the completion of Building Evaluation Capacity (BEC), in Hartford, CT, Rochester Effectiveness Partnership (REP) and Metrowest Evaluator’s Institute (MWEI), Framingham, MA, groups formally showcased their work at a conference where there were multiple networking opportunities for those in the group as well as external stakeholders.
